    Why a Need Assessment?

    Organizational change has the potential to put pressure on everyone, from the CEO to the shop floor employee. Moreover, being a manager during a global transformation, and therefore an agent for change, can bring additional challenges.

    hanza resources was invited to facilitate an online session on how to support team members' (and one's own ;-)) mental well-being while leading a global transformation process. Topics may include:
    - How to identify early signs of stress and overwhelm?
    - How to address concerns with team members appropriately?
    - How to access internal and external support options as an Olympus manager?

    Given that individual managers, notably operating in different parts of the 'Olympus world', may have varying needs for this session, we would like to give you the opportunity to express your preferences - and of course any concerns - in advance, so that we can make most of the joint session.
