Inner drivers

The concept of inner drivers originates from transactional analysis. Inner drivers are internalized messages and rules of life that often unconsciously influence our decisions and behavior. On the one hand, internal drivers can support us and give us security. However, if internal drivers are very pronounced, they can also restrict and burden us. Especially in stressful situations, there is a high probability that inner drivers will influence us and our approach to tasks and situations.
