Handing Difficult Conversations

    Why a Need Assessment?

From time to time all managers will face conversations which they anticipate will be difficult and which they may feel ill-equipped to handle. Scenarios of this kind may include: Talking to team members about poor performance and failure to meet deadlines; clarifying and prioritizing tasks across teams with other team leaders; or dealing with the frustration of team members who didn’t get the desired raise.

How can we prepare ourselves for these conversations and develop helpful skills, mindset and behavior?
hanza resources was invited to facilitate a workshop on how to conduct challenging conversations with a non-violent communication approach.

Given that individual team members may have different needs for the session, we would like to give you the opportunity to express your preferences - and of course any concerns - in advance, so that we can make most of the joint session.

WHAT WOULD MAKE THE WORKSHOP VALUABLE TO YOU?

It would be great if you could answer the following 3 questions by September 16th 2024. Your participation in this survey is confidential. Your feedback will help us in our preparation and will not be discussed verbatim in the session.

    Thank you!
